Quality vinyl routinely lasts 25–30+ years in NJ. It doesn’t rot, rust, or need refinishing, and the UV inhibitors in modern panels prevent the yellowing older vinyl was known for.
Yes. As long as the ground isn’t deeply frozen we can dig and set posts year-round. Winter installs often schedule faster; we just take extra care handling panels in very cold temperatures.
Quality varies a lot. Look for virgin (not recycled) PVC, thick wall construction, aluminum- or steel-reinforced bottom rails on privacy panels, and a transferable manufacturer warranty — all standard on what we install.
Yes — tan, khaki, gray, and wood-grain textures are all available. Darker colors and wood-grain finishes cost a bit more than standard white but need the same zero maintenance.
